My Health has two options to choose from:

From there you will get recommendations about which physical examinations and vaccinations you shou ld do, the closest clinics near you and a reminder service about scheduling them.

-Nutritional & Dietary
Recommendations
this option will determine your dietary habits and suggest recommendations about improving your daily eating habits.

You have the ability to save your results for future reference and the option to email them to your physician.
