How to use the Emotional Mastery app:

1-After starting the Emotional Mastery app, tap on Please Enter Here to get started. You will be presented with the Emotional Mastery main menu. Tap on the section 1-8 that you wish to view. In each of these sections, tapping on the Emotional Mastery icon at the top right of the screen will bring you back to the Emotional Mastery main menu. Tapping the text Emotional Mastery at the top left will bring you back to the apps start up screen. Tap on the Emotional Mastery icon at the bottom of each emotion section to go to the top of the page.

2-Read, study, and ponder section 1-Principles

3-In section 1-Principles, we recommend studying and following the Emotions in the sequence of the 7 step pattern, but you may choose to work on those emotions that are important to you, in the order that you choose. In the questions to ask section, follow the order of the 7 step pattern. You may manually document your answers.

4-Study the content of each emotion in sections 2-8. We recommend keeping a journal of your thoughts, feelings, and impressions for each emotion. Again, we recommend studying the emotions in the order presented, but you may do this according to your needs.

5-Questionnaires-When you have a good understanding of the content presented with each emotion, proceed to the end of the section and tap on START QUESTIONNAIRE. Tap the small arrow to the right of the rectangular field, and you will see a list of questions. Tap on the question of your choice, and tap START. Follow the directions presented at the beginning of each questionnaire, and tap the blank field underneath the question to bring up the device keyboard. Fill in your answer for all or as many questions with which you are comfortable. When you are satisfied with your set of results, at the bottom of the questionnaire, enter a filename to save your answers. Tap on SAVE ANSWERS. To review a set of answers for an emotion, tap on the ANSWER HISTORY button at the top of the questionnaire.
