Managing your NHS repeat prescriptions has never been easier.
Echo Pharmacy is a registered pharmacy that is free to use. We cover all delivery charges, which means theres no extra cost to you or to the NH S.

We accept all NHS exemptions and prepayment certificates. If you pay for your NHS prescriptions, youll have to pay the standard NHS charge.

Our team is made up of GPHC registered pharmacists who process your medicine by hand. Each box is checked seven times by our dedicated team before it gets posted to you.

Delivery to your preferred address
Well confirm your order with your GP and deliver your prescription to your chosen delivery address, at home, work or to a neighbour.

Letterbox friendly packaging
Over 85% of medicine arrives in letterbox friendly packaging. For bulkier medicine, like cold-chain or controlled items, you can get it delivered to an address convenient to you or collect it from your local Royal Mail Delivery Office.

Discreet, eco-friendly packaging
Echo delivers your medicine in discreet packaging thats tamper-proof and fully recyclable.

Royal Mail delivery service
We send all packages with Royal Mail using their 24-hour or 48-hour delivery service, which means theres no need to sign for your mail.

Does your medicine need to be kept chilled, or cold chain? No problem.

Some medicine needs to be kept chilled. In order to do this safely, we send all chilled (or cold-chain) medication with signed-for Royal Mail 24. We pack each box using Woolcool insulation.

Family medicine management
You can manage your familys medicine with Echo and have it delivered to an address of your choice. This includes managing medicine for children under 18 and wee babies.

Echo Pharmacy is proud to work with over 9,300 NHS England GP surgeries and is part of the NHS Innovation Accelerator.

We work with all NHS Electronic Prescription Services (EPS) enabled GP surgeries. EPS makes it possible for your prescriptions to be sent electronically to the pharmacy or dispenser of your choice.
