Emergency Alerts The Link app immediately sends notifications to your phone every time your loved one contacts GreatCalls 5Star Urgent Response service. Youll get information on the reason for the call and receive updates every 30 seconds until the issue has been resolved.
Location Information When GPS is enabled on your loved ones account, both you and first responders can see their GreatCall device location. In an emergency, this information can save critical minutes and seconds.
To maximize the battery performance of the GreatCall device, location information is updated once every 20 minutes, but you can always tap the "Update Location" button in the Link app to get the latest information.
Daily Updates View at-a-glance daily and weekly updates on the Link apps new dashboard. Your favorite Link features can also be accessed by scrolling through the dashboard.
Device Status The Link app relies on your loved ones GreatCall device so it is important to always keep it charged and powered on. The new dashboard displays device status and urgent battery alerts so you can help make sure your loved one stays connected to emergency help.
