At Barry, we make no profit from your electricity usage. Every Danish supplier buys
electricity from the Nordic electricity market. They then distribute it to you, the consumer,
usually with a fee that they make money from. We dont do hidden fees we sell you the
electricity at the same price we bought it. The only thing we make money from is our
monthly subscription fee of 29 kr. Thats why Barry, in 2019, was 5% cheaper than the
retail electricity market consisting of the 30 electricity products favoured by 80% of
Danish homes.
